A2.1 German course

§1. General Provisions

By making a reservation, aupairdeutschkurse GbR will be informed about the desired participation in the course.

Only when the minimum number of students for a German course has been reached will a confirmation of registration be issued.
The confirmation of registration for a course and the subsequent confirmation conclude a contract between the customer and aupairdeutschkurse GbR.
Registration can be done via the online form or by sending us an email.

§2. Requirements for participation

Only au pairs are eligible to participate in the courses. If the Au Pair has not been placed by LiaLee myfamily aupair GmbH & Co. KG, the client must provide written proof that he or she is currently an Au Pair.

§3. Lessons

DThe lesson or teaching unit (UE) for our courses is 60 minutes. The course is designed to take place online 2 times a week for 2 hours each.
The course lasts 8 weeks.
If an appointment has to be cancelled, the appointment will be made up at a later date.

§4. Course Fee

Each course costs €185 and is due before the start of the course.
By registering, the customer undertakes to pay the course fees in full before the start of the course, either by bank transfer or by issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate. The booking of a course requires a binding registration.

§5. Teacher

Course participants cannot make any claim to courses with a particular teacher.

§6. Material and Course Scope

We always strive to design the curriculum to meet the requirements of the clients, but we do not take responsibility for failure to reach a certain level of proficiency or failure to pass exams.
The course books will be announced as soon as possible. The customer has to organize them independently.

§7. Cancellation, refund of course fees

Registration, cancellation and applications of any kind must be made in writing (preferably by email). Our teachers are not authorized to accept registrations, cancellations, and applications.
In the case of a language course booked online, the contract can be revoked within the statutory revocation period of 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. The declaration of revocation must be submitted in writing and must be submitted to aupairdeutschkurse GbR.

1. 1. If no payment has been made and the course has not yet started, a short message by email is sufficient.

2. 2. If a course has already started during the cancellation period and the participant has received confirmation of the course booking, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

3. 3. The processing fee for a cancellation is €29.75 (incl. 19% VAT).

§8. Cancellation Policy and Special Rights of Termination

You have the right to cancel this contract for language lessons with aupairdeutschkurse GbR within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, aupairdeutschkurse GbR (contact @ aupairdeutschkurse.de), Untere Straße 16, 87700 Memmingen, phone: +49-8954042131) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

§9. Data protection

In order to process an enrolment for a course, personal data must be collected. These are only shared with us, the host family, the au pair and the teacher.

A WhatsApp group is set up for each course to facilitate communication between us, the students and the teacher. If a student does not wish to be included in the WhatsApp group, please let us know. The WhatsApp group will be deleted after the end of the course.
